
Chris Fine
Captain Fine has worked for the Lee County Sheriff’s Office since 2007. He started as a Corrections Deputy and worked in every facility before transferring to the Patrol Bureau.
While in Patrol, he was assigned to 3rd Precinct and soon became a Field Training Officer. Captain Fine then became a detective in 3rd Precinct’s Criminal Investigations Unit, followed by the Robbery Unit and the Violent Crimes Unit.
Captain Fine was promoted to Sergeant in January 2020. He was assigned to 4th Precinct Patrol and then the Bonita Springs Community Policing Unit, prior to returning to 3rd Precinct and supervising the Criminal Investigations Division. Captain Fine is currently assigned to the Public Information Office and has been a member of the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Honor Guard for the past seven years.Captain Fine was promoted to Captain in October 2024.
Captain Fine is a lifelong Lee County resident attending Estero High School and Florida Gulf Coast University.
