Robbery at North Fort Myers 7-11

Deputies are on the hunt for 3 armed suspects.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office received a call regarding a robbery that occurred at the 7-Eleven at 916 Pondella Road in Fort Myers.

At approximately 1:24 am, deputies responded to the scene and met with the clerk who stated that 3 armed suspects entered the store and demanded cash. The suspects were described to be all in their 20’s. All 3 were wearing masks over their faces. The clerk complied and the suspects fled the store with an undisclosed amount of cash. There were no injuries.

A perimeter was established. LCSO K- 9 Units and aviation responded. An attempt to locate all 3 suspects yielded negative results.

This investigation is ongoing.

Due to the nature of the crime, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office Robbery Unit assumed the investigation.

Photos of the suspects have been included. The first picture shows suspects 1 and 2. The second picture shows suspect 2 and 3.
